Good morning, Las Vegas. The storm risk should clear Thursday night, just in time for a packed Halloween run-up. Friday alone asks you to choose among Tivoli's trunk-or-treat, Downtown Summerlin's Parade of Mischief and HallOVeen. We made that choice easier, then mapped the quieter Red Rock and Monday options around it.

Friday Night Needs One Halloween Anchor

Friday gives northwest families three strong Halloween choices, and the real trick is that they overlap.
Skellington's Spooktacular starts at 5 p.m. at Tivoli Village with trunk-or-treating, live music, a Makers Hive market and a Jack and Sally appearance. Downtown Summerlin's Parade of Mischief steps off at 6 p.m., with one more run Saturday to close the season. HallOVeen opens at 5:30 p.m. with rides, trick-or-treat stations and the Magical Forest lit for the night.
Pick by attention span. Tivoli gives you the broadest mix without a ticket. The parade is the clean, focused choice if the kids can hold a curbside spot. HallOVeen is the full-evening commitment, with date-specific admission and enough going on that it should be the whole plan.
Do not build a heroic three-stop loop. Traffic, parking and costume logistics will eat the fun. Choose the anchor, arrive early and let one good night be enough.
