Ward 6 has a Wednesday women's social. Unwine-ing runs July 29 from 6 to 7:30 PM at Centennial Hills Community Center/YMCA, with charcuterie, trivia and a limited RSVP list.
The fall Citizens Police Academy deadline is July 29. The Wednesday-night program runs August 26 through November 18, and applicants must attend at least 10 of 12 classes. Ward 6 has the application link.
